    Terms of Service Agreement.

    As the buyer, you are agreeing that by placing this preorder, you are committing to the purchase of this merchandise.
    We reserve the right to issue refunds if we so choose to and reserve the right to decline.
    Under no circumstances are you allowed to request a refund for the product on the same day of purchase. Under no circumstances are you allowed to request a refund due to buyers remorse. Under no circumstances are you to find and abuse any loopholes in our refund policy. Under no circumstances are you allowed to file for a chargeback if we deny your request for a refund.
    All funds from the preorder are directly being used for the production of the product. That money cannot be given back unless we, the shop owners, decide otherwise.
    Refunds may only be issued if there is a problem with the product once it is received. It is up to the shop owners to decide what issues warrant a refund or replacement.
    When placing your preorder, you understand and acknowledge that the merchandise is subject to possible delays of varying times. Production can take anywhere from 2-6+ months if there are consistent delays. Under no circumstances are you allowed to request a refund for the delayed production of the merchandise. This is not something we the shop owners have control over.
    If you decide you cannot wait for your preordered merchandise, you may reach out to the shop owners and they will make the decision for whether or not you would be allowed to pick an item from the store, of the same value, to be sent in place of your preorder. If we see this is consistent behavior, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or swap out.
    Pins that are in hand are allowed to be refunded the same day. Once the merchandise has been shipped, the sale is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
    By purchasing this preorder, you are agreeing to these terms.
